Ordering

How long do my Tags take to make?

We try to manufacture and despatch within 48 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday), however, during busy times this may increase slightly.

How big are the tags?

The tags vary in size. Our standard tags are approximately 31mm x 31mm with rounded edges and a unique cutout for each illustration. Our smallest tags are 6mm x 15mm. Tag sizes are provided on each product page.

How many Tags on a sheet?

This varies depending on the size of the Tags. Our standard tags have 12 per sheet and 4 sheets are supplied (so 48 Tags). Each sheet is A6 in size and delivered in a hard backed recyclable envelope.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you've placed your order, it cannot be cancelled due to being a personalised, made-to-order product.

However if you notify us within one hour of submitting the order we can cancel it providing we haven't started producing it.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a notification informing you about this. We ship items every weekday via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Can I return/exchange my order?

We will accept returns and offer a full refund if the product is faulty / incorrect (due to our fault) and the items are sent back to us for inspection. If the items are not sent back, we cannot provide a refund.

If for some reason, there is a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace the items or provide a full refund.

If you have made an error in your order you must notify us within one hour of submitting the order so we can attempt to rectify it.
